About the chef:  Formally educated at Kendall Culinary School in Chicago, IL, Jacqui has had a wooden spoon in her hand since she was six years old.  Her repertoire includes old family recipes steeped in her Greek and Italian heritage, modern twists on some old favorites, and special techniques learned at some of the finer restaurants and country clubs in Chicago. 

      "My fondest memories growing up always centered around the dinner table.  Hearty, well rounded meals, with good conversation, precious family, and close friends were frequent occurrences in our home, and people just don't do that anymore.  I love offering my busy clients a homemade meal for them, their family, and friends,  I can take the work and worry out of your time in the kitchen, making it that much easier to eat happy and healthy."
